1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

One Account Only

Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, all accounts will be closed and any funds held will be returned subject to verification.

Accuracy of Information

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• The payment method and the account must be registered under the same person's name.
• To update your account information, please contact our support team for assistance.

Account Security

Keep your password and login details strictly confidential. Do not share your account with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit at bjevip is ৳100. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The payment method and account holder used for deposits must match the registered account holder. bjevip is not responsible for incorrect payments.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals of ৳5,00,000 or more.
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

Bjevip regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, detailed on the bonus page.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 30–40x) before withdrawal.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active.
• Bjevip reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit the system to accumulate bonus funds may result in account termination.

Referral Bonus

To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must actively deposit and play. Any attempt to claim referral bonuses through fake accounts will result in both accounts being terminated.

5 Game & Betting Rules

Each game on bjevip has its own rules, displayed on the game screen. General betting rules are as follows:

• Bets cannot be changed once a round has begun.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be voided and the stake refunded.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.
• If a disconnection occurs during a live game, the outcome will be determined based on the game's last recorded state.

Maximum Bet Limit

Bjevip reserves the right to set maximum bet limits for each game and Sports Betting event. These limits may vary by VIP tier. More details VIP Page View.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Abusing bonuses by using multiple accounts.
• Making deposits using a third-party credit card or mobile banking account.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or disrespecting other players.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Closed by Member

You can permanently close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure.

Bjevip may suspend or terminate an account due to rule violations, evidence of fraud, or security risks. Members with a valid grievance may appeal to the support team.

Inactive Accounts

An account with no login or transaction activity for 12 months will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

8 Responsible Gaming

Bjevip believes gaming is for entertainment — not addiction. We genuinely care about our members' mental wellbeing and financial health.

Set Your Own Limits

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit amount for yourself on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Bet Limits: Keep your maximum bet size per session within reasonable limits.
• Session Limits: Decide in advance how long you will play each day.
• Self-Exclusion: If needed, you can pause your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.

9 Limitation of Liability

Bjevip is not liable for losses arising from technical errors, third-party service disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. However, any error on our part will be resolved as quickly as possible.

Interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, device problems, or power outages are outside bjevip's control. In such cases, the last confirmed game outcome will be considered final.

10 Changes & Updates

Bjevip reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified by email or SMS before any significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
